Robert V. Aghazarian is the sole owner of the Robert V. Aghazarian, P.C. law firm. Rob specializes in estate planning, estate administration and trusts, local district law, real estate, water rights, business organizations, and motions and trial practice. In his practice, Rob works with clients to create estate plans, which often include wills, trusts, living trusts, living wills, and powers of attorneys. He has also helped many clients obtain guardianships for loved ones that need someone to help care for them and conservatorships to help manage their loved one's finances. He helps clients in administering estates (probate) and trusts.
Rob grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and received his Bachelor degrees in psychology and business in 1990. He graduated in the top of his class from the University of Denver College of Law. Following law school, Rob moved to the small resort town of Breckenridge, Colorado where he began his practice with French, West, Brown, Huntley & Thompson, P.C. In 2001, Rob moved back to Denver to join the law firm of Inman Flynn & Biesterfeld, P.C. (now known as Inman Flynn Biesterfeld Brentlinger & Moritz, P.C.). In July of 2007, Rob started his own law firm.
Rob's approach to client service is to listen closely to the client's desires and concerns. Once he understands the client's position, they work together to develop realistic goals and a plan to accomplish those goals. Though a client may need only a simple will, an informal probate, or review of a contract, that client is unique and brings special challenges that Rob considers important and worthy of his complete attention. Rob is a real people-person with a knack for making complex concepts easily understood. He enjoys the challenges of a diverse client base; from young individuals with small children to seniors with a wealth of experience, executives and small business owners to larger organizations with more complicated needs. No matter who the client or what special needs they may have, Rob treats each client as he would his closest friend - with respect and care.
